Who we are
AUDECK is a brand operated by Terprize Group LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, USA, with a principal office at 8325 NE 2nd Ave, STE 349, Miami, FL 33138, USA. In this document, "AUDECK," "we," "us," or "the Company" refer to Terprize Group LLC operating under the AUDECK brand.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the AUDECK website, purchasing any of our digital products (including sample packs, Vault, or Inner Circle memberships), or enrolling in the 1on1 Lab coaching program, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or services through this site. By making a purchase, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Description of services
AUDECK offers: (a) downloadable digital products, including sample packs, presets, templates, and virtual instruments, available for individual purchase or through the Vault membership; (b) Inner Circle, a community membership granting access to exclusive content, drops, challenges, and live streams; and (c) 1on1 Lab, a one-on-one electronic music production coaching program, scheduled via Calendly after payment is confirmed.
Purchases and payment
All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. AUDECK does not directly store your full payment card details. Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change without notice, without affecting purchases already completed.
Refund policy
Digital products (sample packs, Vault membership, Inner Circle): due to the downloadable and immediately accessible nature of these products, all sales are final. No refunds are issued once a purchase is completed.
1on1 Lab: if you cancel your enrollment before scheduling or starting any session through Calendly, you are entitled to a full refund. Once at least one session has been scheduled and started, no refunds will be issued for the remaining sessions of the program.
User conduct
You agree not to use the AUDECK site or services for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt unauthorized access to other users' systems or data, and not to interfere with the normal operation of the site.
Intellectual property
All content on the site (design, text, the AUDECK brand, logos) is owned by Terprize Group LLC or its licensors. Sample packs and other digital products are licensed, not sold: purchasing them grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them in your own music productions, including commercial releases. Resale, redistribution, or repackaging of the samples as standalone products is prohibited.
Third-party services
We rely on third-party providers to operate our services, including Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (account and data hosting), and Calendly (1on1 session scheduling). Use of these services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Limitation of liability
AUDECK and Terprize Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services, including Inner Circle membership, in the event of a breach of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved before the competent courts of Wyoming.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
